All orders are processed at our warehouse and dispatched as soon as payment clearance is made and are also subject to stock availability. This usually within 24 hours of an order being placed. Warehouse Hours are 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Courier pick ups are similar.

Please provide clear delivery instructions to ensure that the delivery is correctly dispatched and tracked.

All parcels will require a signature upon receipt.

Please note, with the exception of Australia, our shipping charge does not cover any possible taxes and duties of the country from which the original purchase is made. This is the responsibility of the customer.


Returned Goods will be accepted until 14 days from the product being delivered, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. The product must be unused and returned with all tags attached and proof of purchase.

After 14 days returns will not be accepted unless the product is faulty or the product that was received was incorrect as a result of a warehouse damage or oversight.

A full refund will be made for the good(s) purchased on receipt of such item(s) to Second Nature Leather within five working days of return.

Refunds will not be available for any good(s) purchased from a promotional deal.

Any good(s) purchased from Second Nature Leather Online will be accepted for exchange up to 14 days from purchase. They must however be returned unused and with all tags and labels attached. Proof of Purchase must be supplied.

All exchanges will be subject to replacement goods being available. Returning costs for goods to be exchanged are at the expense of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed to between both parties.

The Returns and Exchange policy is for only good(s) that have come from the Online Store. Any product supplied by Second Nature Leather to a retail store with which there may be problems will be dealt with directly by the retail store from where the purchase was made.
